These are alignment sticks so they would work for anyone trying (lefties or rightie) to align their stance to a target but they also have many more uses beyond the standard use these are sold for. what is difference compared to tour sticks?

None. Only make sure to get more stiks per price you pay. You get 3 rods with SLKZ. Not sure, but the tour sticks are 2 rods?!

Will the sharp end ruin the bottom of my bag? It will be faced down based on my last question.
