These are quite literally the ONLY hydration drink mixes that I enjoy. They aren’t thick like liquid IV and all the other ones you get at the store. My boyfriend does HVAC and drinks two of these, on top of his potassium and salt tabs a day and the combination keeps him from heat exhaustion/stroke.Anytime I drink an electrolyte drink I cringe and it’s hard to get down because of how thick it is. It feels like I’m drinking gelatin - these are NOTHING like that, I can drink them like a normal drink no issue!!

I live in California where the heat is exhausting. These have helped keep my energy up and helped me feel good in this horrible wheather. I would recommend these to anyone who needs some extra assistance with heat exhaustion.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with iced tea-flavored hydration sticks, but these are so good. They actually taste like a Arnold Palmer—not too sweet, not too fake. I feel a noticeable boost in energy level without any crash, and they’re surprisingly effective at keeping me hydrated throughout the day. I love tossing a stick in my water bottle in the afternoon when I need a little pick-me-up. Super convenient, light in strength but just right for daily use, and way more fun than plain water. Definitely keeping these stocked!

I totally ruined a 72 hour fast by taking this to replace electrolytes without reading the label. Maltodextrin, which is the sweetener here, spikes insulin. This not only ruins a fast if you're goals are stem cell and immune system renewel, but repeated small hits of Maltodextrin can train your body to chase the spike-crash cycle through intense sugar cravings (one of the things I was trying to train my body out of with the prolonged fast)So, although these are (in my opinion) the best tasting electrolytes drink by far- they aren't good if you've got some health goals. Probably also not good for diabetic issues.

It's delicious and really help when you are outside working. It replenished the electrolytes and other things you sweat out. I would recommend this to everyone....
