How often do you buy a perfect product ?
This thing installed in 15 seconds. It just clipped onto the section between the center dash vents in my CRV. I absolutely do not know how the installation could have been made easier or faster.The cradle that actually holds the phone in place is designed to clamp down on the phone when you place it into the cradle, using the weight of the phone to push the clamp together. That means it sits securely in the cradle. Then, when I go to remove the phone from the cradle, the instant I lift the phone, the removal of the weight from the spring mechanism causes the cradle to immediately open up, so the phone can be easily removed.Sometimes I get lucky when I buy items like this, and sometimes I don’t. This time, I’m smelling like a rose ! Excellent product.

Easy to use and install. Fits nicely in 2019 my CR-V.

Broke w/in 2 months
The tiny bottom "feet" broke within two months of use. Completely useless now.

Fits and looks great. Does need better clamping pressure, falls off. Will install some double sided tape to help

Missed the mark!!
Love the concept, definitely not the product. I have a very thin case on my IPhone 11 Pro, but the arms would not slide over the phone. If you have a charging cable connected to the phone, the cable comes across the middle of your radio screen!! Returning the holder!!

It could be sturdier
It has fallen a couple of times to be honest

Break in less than a month of use
Two out of the four hinges are broken after less than a month of use. It sucks because it just passed the return timeframe. I am not even using it every day. Poor quality product!!!
