I have been using the Warmie wrap to help with muscle cramps and the arthritis in my hands before bedtime. It works great! Soothing warmth that lasts quite awhile. I am very pleased with this product. Heating in the microwave is quick and easy. Soft and comfy plus in wraps to any shape you need.

So soft, and after heating a bit in the microwave they stay so warm and soft and comfy for hours! Works awesome on sinus headache, or sinus pressure on your face relief!

This is my fourth one just like this. Great gift for anyone who has migraines or neck pain.

The warmies are filled with natural lavender and flaxseed. A beautiful relaxing fragrance. Very soft cover. Perfect size for tight neck or shoulder muscles. My husband liked mine so much I had to order one for him.

Unfortunately on the second use, the insides began poking through the fabric and stabbing me. When I picked it up, one of the seeds embedded into my thumb deep enough to draw blood. The fabric is too wide of a weave the hold the insides and there is no insulating layer. Didn't think this was an easy one to screw up but they found a way.

I have a "my first warmie- sloth" loved it. Got a neck warmie for my neck since the sloth wasn't great for the that. However this is much stronger smelling. I do have an overly sensitive nose - the sloth was NOT as powerful. So I am using the neck warmie as a back warmie it works and I don't have it near my nose 😊

I do not know how I survived my neck and back pain before this!
