Completely shocked to say this thing actually works...
Although I am a California hippie feminist, I admit I have a streak of vanity that hasn't diminished over my 56 years. My neck was BAD. Crepey, vertical grooves and wrinkles were no longer subtle, but huge. I'd been using Neutrogena products with Retinol, and that seemed to be slowing the progression, but the sun damage from my years spent overtanning was obvious. I was seriously considering cosmetic surgery so I could stop wearing turtlenecks and scarves. I don't even wear makeup or nail polish or color my hair, but was considering plastic surgery - nuts.Let me also say that I do not believe in miracle cures, and generally don't believe five star reviews of things like this. If it's so good, how come nobody's heard of it, right? But I ordered one of these as one last attempt to do something other than go under the knife.Addressing other posts - I use witch hazel before applying each night, no problem sticking. Although it is a somewhat constricting feeling, it has not been difficult to fall/stay asleep with this on my neck. I wash it every two days with baby shampoo. At that, though, I think three weeks is about as long as it'll go before a replacement is needed. It's not terribly noticeable on my neck, spouse hasn't even realized I have it on yet (two weeks). After the first few nights I was pretty sure my neck actually looked worse, but may have been just that I was staring at it longer. But I committed to try it for two full weeks. Around 8 or 9 nights I started to think, hm, maybe it's a little better? But I dunno. Probably not. After night 11 I thought, it really does look like it might be better, but not enough to keep using this, really. But it's the morning after Night 13 and I have a new neck. Well, no, I have the neck I had when I was 45. I am truly amazed. Shocked. This thing works! So far five hours after removing it this AM and I am still staring at my new neck in wonder. Just bought a few more SilcSkins. My vanity budget will support these much more happily than it will a plastic surgeon.

Works!!!
I am a 57 year old, white woman with normal skin. I had been using a similar neck wrap from a different company but was so impressed with SilcSkin's decollete pad that I wanted to give their version a try. It is thicker but I believe the thickness is what keeps the wrinkles from forming overnight. I don't find it uncomfortable, to me it feels as though it's holding up my skin (i.e. defying gravity!). Because I sleep on all sides (front, back, left and right sides), I do use a stretchy hand band over the wrap to make sure that it stays put. I use it 2-3 times a week on clean skin, washing the pad after each use, and it's made a world of difference. I have very little sagging now. Clearly people have had different results. I think that's probably to be expected considering all of the skin types out there. I personally will be buying again and would definitely recommend giving a try. Compared to expensive treatments and/or surgery, it's worth a shot!

Reduces the deep wrinkles but is temporary.
I know this is intended for your neck but I use it in between my breasts instead of the one intended for that purpose to softening the lines on your chest. It's smaller and seems to stick better there than where it is intended and better that the one that is supposed to be used there. It is temporary though. If you don't wear it for a night, the wrinkles come back as deep as they were before so wear it when you have something coming up that you want to lessen the wrinkles for.

I purchased the décolleté version and really loved it, worked wonders on the file lines on my chest. The neck on feels suffocation, wore it twice over night and it kept falling off.

It works!
I was feeling old looking at my crepe like skin. I'm 60. I thought I'd give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth my skin looking the following morning. We'll see how long one lasts before it has to be replaced. Easy to use. I thought it would bother me sleeping, but it doesn't.

Disappointed in adhesion and results
Written by the wife: The product came intact in very nice product packaging and wrapping for shipment. It looks like a legit quality product. But, unfortunately this product did not work for me. I bought both the decollette and the collette pieces to help with the beginnings of fine lines on my upper chest and lower neck. During the week I used the products I am disappointed to say that I did not have a positive experience. To give you an idea of the conditions of my experience using this product: We keep our home a cool 68 degrees at night and I am NOT a night sweater. I actually have dry skin as we live in high desert area and I'm in my 50s. I do move several times during the night from left to right but nothing crazy. I do nOT have sensitive skin and have no problem using different products even retinol products.Unfortunately, even with freshly cleaned skin these products slipped during the night. I found the neck piece uncomfortable to sleep in and tried it further down on my collar bone, but it would never stay put. The decollette piece did not slip as much as the collette piece I purchased, most likely because the upper chest area is flat. I couldn't use it any lower, like between my breasts, it just wouldn't stay put anywhere there was a contour. Every morning I found it had slipped to a new location. The last morning, I woke up with small broken blood vessels because of the way it slipped up to my neck and rubbed, maybe suctioned? while I slept. I had attempted this for a week straight and was pretty frusterated already, but broken blood vessels in my skin was the end for me. I did use the product so I won't return it, but sorry to say my experience was a negative one. I saw no change in my fine lines while using this product.
