Can this also be used to clean/dust off the da foam pads? i know most polish cleaning tools are meant for wool. is this one versatile?

Absolutely this works for both fiber (micro fiber & Wool) pads and foam pads.

Dose this come with the belt holder as well for this tool. If not can you please let me know where I can purchase.

I purchased just the claw. It did not come with the belt. I have not seen it with a belt holder. I would suggest going to rupes web site and they will provide you with a list of dealers next to you
