This is a great home setup. While we don’t feel comfortable going to the gym. The rope cables do bunch up while using and we would prefer cable style. But great alternative. Not sure about how long term use will impact wearability. The only hang up after using this after a month is the pulleys need to be larger so the cable doesn’t jump the track!

I had a pulley system hanging off my power cage with straps. This has been a perfect replacement to get all that out from inside the cage. Love my home gym and this was a needed addition. Very well made.

The media could not be loaded. Solid quality. I used leg bolt to put it in the wall stud. Installed the bottom pulley along same stud at the bottom. You have to move the ropes from bottom pulley away if you are using the top pulley. Same if you are using bottom pulley. Also control your movement when you use lighter weights. Plates move around alot so control your form with light weights.

The four mounting holes on the top mount are wider than a wall stud. I had to get creative to mount this in my garage. The lower cable trolly has to be mounted directly under the top mount. If you offset it, the cable doesn’t rub evenly and starts to rip. With the lower section mounted directly underneath the top mount, the weights are in the way for any workouts with the lower mount. The lower trolly needs a swivel so you can pull the cable off to the side so it doesn’t hit the weights.

The media could not be loaded. The lag screws provided are pure trash. Buy your own at the hardware store. I used 5/16 3" & 1 1/4" sheet metal screws which have just a slightly finer thread than lag screws and are much cheaper. I used a douglas fir 2x8x8 and cut it to 10" and just eye balled the holes to drill. I've been using this thing all week and it's been rock solid. It's minimal and it does the trick. I deducted a star because of the god awful hardware.

The media could not be loaded. I list the good and bad in the video review but to be honest there isn't anything bad about this. Some minor tweaks to make it work for me in my home gym garage. It's easy to setup, about 30 mins with a friends help (but not needed if you can't have anyone come help). For $100 bucks I really cannot find anything not worth the price. Especially now when so many people are jacking up lifting prices on everything! Great buy!!
