I am trying to find a saw guide to make cross cut in 1 by 12 to build cabinets. Some guides bottom gets chewed up as you saw with Japanese hand saws?

I made my own jig in walnut and stainless steel with 2 embedded rare earth magnetic bar bars the length of the jig for accuracy and use a Kakuri - Hard Wood Blade. Works a treat.
