I bought this printer and I loved it but be aware the warranty won’t be honored at all!!!! It a lie and believe me I have called and called it a mess!!!! You spend your money Amazon can’t help you and the third party sellers are a mess!!!!!! Don’t buy this printer believe me you will regret doing business with Amazon on this one!!!!!!

Barely a year after purchasing the printer messed up. The post says that there is warranty however when we called, they said that the tag isn't legit. I highly recommend buying direct from Dell so that you get the warranty.

It's a really great price for a small business. I had to buy a part that only comes from Dell to make it wireless and the features are very basic. The instructions manual is well written, but the printer does its job.

We use for our business. So far no issues so haven’t had to use tech support. Overall seems to be a great printer.

This is a great color printer. Photo quality prints.

Do not buy from seller: MRP SALES. They don't actually have the order information from Dell. As a 3rd party, they should be able to provide this. The printer broke 1 month after return policy ended. We don't even want to return, we want to fix it but Dell can't if the 3rd party distributer doesn't have the actual credentials. Fraudulent.

Printer did not come with an instruction manual. The yellow toner was damaged. It is a wired network printer and did not come with a cord to hook the computer to the printer. Very expensive
