Can the blossom open and close on its own by using a source of energy such as a battery or solar energy?

I saw a Ugears flower display in Truckee that was in a glass case. It was turning and as it turned the flower was opening a closing but, unfortunately I couldn’t figure out how it was powered.

I’d like to blossom to open and close on its own. Can the seller/ugear or an engineer suggest how to do this it? Ugear, please sell a conversion kit.

There's going to be a lot of engineering to do that , wait for UGEARS to come up with a motorized model.

I don't think so. It's a mechanical gear operation, and I don't know how that could be set up for solar or battery.
