My all-titanium version has only "Japan Movement" markings, no "Made in" either on the front or back. While I have no exact answer for your question, IMHO this is still a great timepiece.

Watch arrived quicker than stated, very happy with watch it’s so light on the wrist you hardly know you are wearing it.It is easy to remove the links and comes with a tool to do so.In the description it states that the watch is titanium and the band is stainless steel.This is a typo error , the whole thing is titanium !!

Bought this for my son and as usual with Seikos looks even better than the photos.It comes with a handy bracelet tool so I made it fit his wrist so no need for the jewellers.Stopwatch works as it should.
