I recently tried the Mag O7 cleanse after going through many different gut detox products. This seems to be the only thing that actually worked for me. Most laxatives and detox products left me in the bathroom all day and still feeling bloated afterwards. With Mag O7 I feel great after. It says you can take 3-5 capsules. I started off with taking just one and it didn’t do anything. 2 capsules definitely helps things move a little faster but it still wasn’t quite enough for me. 3 capsules was the first amount. It was gentle on my stomach, I didn’t have any bloating or cramping or discomfort. After about 4-5 hours I just feel like I had to go and for once I was able to be completely empty afterwards. I don’t take them everyday. About twice a week or after a day where I ate a lot of junk food and needed to detox. Bloating has always been a huge issue for me and after I take this, I go from a distended belly to being almost completely flat. The capsules are pretty large so I suggest drinking a lot of water when taking them. Overall, I highly suggest this product whether you’re just needing a short term reset or trying to add something into your daily routine.

I had no side effects, but I only use it after I miss my BM for a couple of days. I have taken it at night and was ready when I got up in the morning. There was not a rush, it was just time. I use it sparingly since I do have reduced kidney function. The directions say it removes hydration from your system to go to your digestive tract to help move you along.

A friend recommended this to me. I think the dose is 2 pills. However, I take 1 at night before bed and the next day its a normal go. No bad side effects. I only need this every so often but it's my go-to now. I wish I had known about this before. I took this on vacation because I never seem to stay regular. Highly recommend!

Do you need to go poop? This is the supplement for you! I have been on a low carb diet for three months and struggled with going to the bathroom. Three of these before bed did the trick! I continue to take as needed when I am feeling backed up.

Excellent product! I used 3 capsules at bedtime for 7 days and it resulted in a gradual but continuous cleaning out of my colon! There was nothing unpleasant about it...just have access to a bathroom the next morning and a couple of times during during each day...when "you feel your colon sending you a signal!"
