I have PokeBall tins and some sleeves edges get bent will this get bent?

I would simply not store cards within the pokeball tins, they were never really designed for that. That said these sleeves are designed as an inner sleeve when double sleeving to play or extra security while in a binder and have very little in the way of surface area in excess of the card itself.
