Not really. I have had noisier coffee machines in the past.

Is normal for water to dump out into the pod bin while cleaning the machine? Not drips, like 35ml of water.

I clean our machine by pulling the lever down, but without a pod in, water is then directed through the delivery nozzle as usual. Done after each use, with plain water from the tank, same principal as descaling, done every month or so.

Can you use coffees pods.

Yes it’s only a machine for Nespresso coffee pods.

Is this coffee better than Nespresso pods?

The coffee is good - It's down to personal preference. Try the Illy Nespresso pods or buy some refillable one.
