there is one main , long stem. the individual flowers come off of that with only a couple of inch stem piece each.

If it is an outdoor covered area place（Will not be exposed to direct sunlight and will not be wet by rain）,I think they are capable of handling such an environment. Although I don't know how strong your wind will be outside, I recorded a video of blowing them with two fans (turn on the maximum wind), with silk fluttering in the wind as a reference. I hope you can better judge whether this orchid stem can meet your needs for placing them outdoors.
