Should I remove my stock insoles before putting these in my shoes?

Honestly it depends on how your foot feels. If the shoe is too tight, then i would take out the insole. I left mine in...because the bottom of my shoe was super flat...so it was uncomfortable with out the insole.

Do you cut them to size?

I did not cut them; they fit easily into my ASICS tennis shoes.

What are the measurements of the insole? width at the heel and at the widest part of the insole? The size that fits 7.5-9-5 women. Thanks

That’s the size I wear in women’s. Widest part of heal is 2.75” Widest part of the front is about 3.25” They easily go into shoe and easy to remove. I love them. I Now have 7 sets!

I dont have flat feet can i still use them?

I have high arches. These help keep my arches from tiring. I have several pair! Wear them in all my footware!!
