Bought for 14 month old child, lovely sturdy quality book

My son - who's almost 2 - loves Spot. He already has 'Where's Spot?' and 'Spot Goes To The Beach'. This book is as good as the ones I just mentioned. In it, Spot goes to the park and plays with his friends, which usually involves throwing a football about. The ball ends up in a pond but is returned by a friendly duck. The book has flaps - the football usually ends up behind them - which my son loves. Incidentally, the flaps in the Spot book are generally sturdy; my copy of 'Spot Goes To The Beach' is four or five years old (it was my daughter's originally) and is still in one piece. As I say, this is a good book from a good series.

I Bought for this for my Great Granddaughter this is perfect gift for little ones she has several and loves them I actually purchased the cuddly Spot the Dog from Amazon after she fell in love with these books

My 13 month old Son love the Spot the Dog books and this one was no exeption. The story is nice and basic for him,not too many word on a page and he loves lifting the flap to see whats underneath.We have a few of these now and I think you cant really go wrong with them for young toddlers.

In this exciting instalment of the Spot series, Spot goes to the park, attacks a hippo, and makes friends with a duck. They're not the most fun for the adult reading them, but little kids love the flaps, which are easy for small hands, and at least they're a quick read. There are many children's books that I enjoy reading to my daughter more, but she still loves these after owning them for two years.

Bought this for my grandsom who is 18 months old and he loves it. Has kept him amused for ages. Well worth the money.

I remember when the Spot books came out and my little cousins had them and watched the cartoons on telly.Now I have bought them for my little 18 month year old girl.They are so satisfying to the touch and the flaps are sealed very well and give great excitement to bedtime stories.

My 8 month old loves lift the flap books - even if half the time it's more like eat the flap! He adores the Spot stories and they are clearly one of his more favourite books to be read.
