Perfect for Multiple-Monitor-Daisy-Chaining
I have 8 of these for my WFH setups. The U2723QE is an excellent UltraSharp monitor. I really like and need the daisy-chain capability (MST). I have two separate computer setups, each with 4 monitors. There are plenty of upstream/downstream ports to add devices.

Full-featured, high quality monitor
I originally used this monitor with a dell XPS 15 and now use it mostly with a MacBook Pro 16 as well as a windows laptop for work. The monitor handles all these devices very well, and I keep my work laptop plugged in at all times with a permanent cable, while using another cable to connect my MacBook as needed. This single usb-c cable also charges my MacBook at 90W, which is more than enough even with the M4 Max processor under load. The screen quality is great. I haven't used a 5k/6k and this is definitely no studio display, but for writing and reading code, web browsing, and even some photo editing it serves me very well. The included stand is sturdy and smooth to adjust height and rotation of the screen.I dont mind 60Hz, but I would not recommend this monitor if you game a lot myself. Moving from my MacBook with the 120hz promotion display to this monitor isn't noticeable to me, for purposes of regular work and productivity tasks. The main draw for me to this monitor in particular compared to other competitors is the design. It is sleek, and has thinner bezels than most other options on the market. If you can get it on sale, I think its a good value, highly practical monitor that I am happy to recommend.

Works great with Intel & M4 Macs, can also connect to a PC, fantastic in portrait orientation
I've now used this monitor for over a year and a half, first with a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro and now with an Apple M4 Max laptop, and I still love it. As a writer and editor, I use it mainly rotated in vertical (portrait) orientation, and the ability to see multiple pages at full size and laserprint resolution has been a huge productivity boost in my work. I'm getting a second so that I can have a browser or PDF on one UltraSharp, my manuscript on the other, and email or Slack on the laptop display. The wide viewing angle, glare-free coating, and thin bezel of the screen keep everything clear and crisp, top to bottom and left to right.A second crucial feature for me is this monitor's ability to connect simultaneously to a Windows PC via DisplayPort and to a MacBook via USB-C, as well as to a shared external keyboard and mouse, and to then toggle between the two computers with a keystroke. While the Display Manager software that Dell provides isn't perfect, it's functional enough, and that's a tremendous time saver for users like me who prefer to use a Mac but work for a PC-centric company that provides employees with Windows laptops only.Lastly, the built-in USB/Ethernet/audio hub and power delivery over USB-C means I don't need to use a separate dock—the monitor is the dock! That saves me money, desk space, and troublshooting headaches. The only thing I could see improving about this display is the quality and stability of Dell's software, particularly the Mac versions.

Beautiful Monitor. Minor Issue
I purchased the 27" version U2723QE - Looks beautiful, works great, and supports both my MacBook Pro and ThinkPad X1. The setup was easy and fast. I was up and running in about 5 minutes. The picture is sharp and clear. No ugly Dell branding or logos on the front. Plenty bright even next to my window with direct sunlight. One thing I didn't realize at first - No speakers, no sound. No biggie. The monitor/stand can be a little wobbly if I have to connect or disconnect anything, but that's not really an issue either.I know there's a built-in KVM switch if I want to have multiple computers connected at the same time, but I wasn't happy about needing all the extra cables, so I bought a separate USB-C switch, that only needs one cable from each laptop, and then a single cable into the monitor. All of my external peripherals (keyboard, mouse, audio interface, etc.) - Those are all plugged in directly to the monitor. Which means I can easily switch between work and play no problem. This is definitely the nicest monitor I've ever bought. Only one minor issue, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars - After a long period of inactivity, and even with everything plugged-in and connected to power - The monitor will fail to recognize the USB-C connection. This is a known problem, although I went crazy thinking something died. The solution is to unplug the actual power cable from the monitor, and give it a good 5 minute break before plugging it back in. This resets the USB-C connection and then everything will work just fine. It's not an ideal scenario having to do this so often, and there is no updated firmware fix. It is what it is.

Great 4K work monitor, usb hub feature is a game changer
Bought this to replace my 24 inch 1080p dell monitor. After experiencing 4k for the first time, I’ve finally seen the light. You get more screen space while having things look more crisp. Text looks great and smooth, no more seeing individual pixels and jagged edges. The monitor also acts as a usb hub so you can plug in all your peripherals, like keyboard and mouse, to the monitor, and just have one cable to connect the monitor to your computer and everything is all connected. The monitor can also charger your laptop through the connecting cable. This vastly reduced the amount of cable management I needed with only one cable needed to connect my laptop to the rest of my setup.

Works great with MacBook laptop.
I read that this monitor would work with MacBook Pro and also highly recommended. It is true. It was plug and play. Love the brightness and works with the MacBook flawlessly. Now I have two screens, on the MacBook and one on the Dell. I can change programs back and forth between them and split screens on both.
