Can these get wet? Could I float them in a pool?

These balloons stay inflated for weeks and I think would float but might fly away as they are so light. I have not floated them but know they can get wet without damage.

Is this foil balloons reuseable?

Its possible if you empty the air first and make it flat. stored it in dry place inside the sealed plastic/ziplock. The ballons kinda easy to break specially on the corner so dont pulled to different directions.
