Would these be suitable for a Samsung A20e?

Sorry, I don't know. I bought them for a Zooaoxo MP3 player, it's the normal "old-fashioned" plug at the end so if the Samsung has that kind of socket they should be okay. However the volume control on the headphones doesn't work on some products that don't support it, like my MP3 player, you can only use the MP3 unit's volume control.

Will these head phones work for Samsung S9 ultra phone

Only if your phone has the port for head phones. I bought both versions of these headphones. One for my Samsung S10 where it plugs into a headphone port and one for Samsung s21 where they plug into the charging port c charge port. Both work great and you can use the remote bar to answer calls

Will this work for galaxy note 9?
