I've been taking this vitamin supplement with D and K for a while now, and it seems pretty good to me. My wife mentioned that she prefers her D and K paired with I and C as well, but I've struggled to find a supplement that includes all these together. Despite that, I'm satisfied with this one and plan to stick with it for now.
