I recently upgraded my build with the MSI B850 Gaming Plus, and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. Worked with the 9000 series out the box, bios was simple and full of features, hardware was easy to fit.Only negative was not enough USB ports. Nothing a USB card can't fix and it was shown prior to purchase

Bought in sale it's a bargain. Not many decent AM5 boards with wifi for under 200 quid. I love the colors, thought it was white but it's a really nice silver and the blue looks great.Quality feels amazing, really nice finish and everything just fits nicely.Bios was recent and didn't need to be updated and BIOS is also really nice to navigate. Very easy to find your way around and change settings or overclock.Plenty of headers on the board for LED or fans and connectors are in sensible locations which make for an easy build. Really really happy with it.

The motherboard is great. Plenty of ports for connecting your cables and devices. It was very easy to install everything onto the motherboard and thankfully everything booted up first time on this. It just fit into my Mid Tower but it was a squeeze getting my AIO cooler radiator into the case and it does sit on top of the RAM so I’ll have to take the radiator out to also take the motherboard out. I can’t really fault it though, other than the WiFi which works fine but for online gaming can cause some latency and packet burst issues. If you’re on wired connection, it’s a perfect motherboard.

Brought this motherboard as the price was very good. I also tried to get a middle of the range motherboard that would help future proof my build so i don't have to update components as tech changes so fast these days. Easy to install and set up. Loaded first time with no Bios update needed. I paired this motherboard with (CPU) AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16 core, and a Radeon 7600XT Graphics card.

There is nothing to complain about with this product. It is extremely versatile and designed well. The value is also really good, for many other brands it is hard or much more expensive to get WIFI 7. However this comes included with WIFI 7 which is great.Building with it is easy as well, all the connections are well laid out.

This board has big issues out of the box. CPU lights and RAM lights are on. I bought an Amazon warehouse one to start with, but got no luck with that, so bought a brand new one. Then after a bit of searching, I realised this was really common with this model and I'm annoying it's taken me 2 whole weeks to diagnose the issue and get it running.If you get yellow ram and red CPU for LED error lights (common)- Turn on with the power button.- Turn PSU power off via the back switch.- Remove battery or reset as per manual.- Remove ram sticks and place into 2 and 4 slot.- Wait 10mins and reconnect battery if required (I couldn't get the battery out of the holder, so just used a jumper as per manual)I turned it back on, both lights lit again, I waited a minute or so and both blinked off. It POSTed and I flashed the BIOS update patch from MSI via a USB stick.Doesn't recognise any of my HD's, so now gone and bought a M.2 drive to mount to the mainboard.

Works as should without any problems, easy to assemble and looks good
