Made well, stays flex some, and ventilation helps. Large fits a bit tight for 41" waist, but it says it will feel tight at first. Go to XL size for sure if waist is 43" or more. Belt height is 8" in back which is about 1 -2 inches too wide for a people 5'4" or less. But I didn't find a thinner belt. I like that the back rectangular pad is attached with Velcro so it is easy to adjust or remove. That makes it easier to clean, too. It works better for me to put on by undoing the top straps and sticking them back enough for the elastic to buckle. Then I put on the belt securing main straps. After that, I undo the top straps and pull both at the same time to stretch to where I want to secure them. I haven't worn it enough to say if this will help with multiple herniated discs and twisted vertebrae yet.

Not exactly what I was hoping for but it does the work. I had one similar and much better design but it’s been worn so much I needed a replacement I really wish I had gotten the exact same one but this will do for now. It helps with my workouts to keep my back aligned

tried it on did not fit for me. I am 180lbs 34" waist.I did not use it they charged me $3 because I tried it on.That is why the 1 star review
