The lamps are beautiful and arrived well packaged but I had to return them as they were faulty. The return process was very straightforward and I've received my refund. No complaints whatsoever with the company who sold the goods, they were very helpful and were quick to resolve the problem. Just such a shame the lamps didn’t work at all for one lamp and in a limited way for the other lamp…..the touch function did not work and they had to be switched on and off at the wall. Please also note the plug was a European one which meant I had to buy 2 EU to UK converters.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK.I really like these lamps, but they arrive from the US with US two pin plugs and 120v LED bulbs. That means you need to change the bulbs and buy suitable 3pin adapters to use them in this country. I did all that to find that one of the lamps was defective 😡.To be fair, the supplier was helpful and gave me a refund without any quibble. I'm a bit annoyed at being out of pocket for the adapters I doubt I'll ever use.Just be aware of you are buying them for the UK.
