Who knew I would love ironing. This iron makes a chore almost a pleasure. Very effective and great results.

Works ok but I had one for 15 years and this one isn’t as good. Ideal for first timers of steam generator iron.

This is the worst iron I have ever purchased.The steam function is extremely inefficient. For the majority of the time it does not pump any water only makes a chugging sound. Linen clothes have numerous creases even after ironing. Unfortunately I did not use the iron before the return window, otherwise I would have returned it immediately. I am sure there are much cheaper and more efficient alternatives available.

Was really impressed with how light weight it feels when lifting the full appliance.. Tank full last 1 HR which was great. Cutting down ironing time by half.. Smooth finish. Good length of flex so could keep tank on the floor freeing up space on ironing board. Only downside. Is the the flex rubs against your wrist when ironing. But don't be put off. Great for the money.

Not good to hold the cord rubs against your wrist making it uncomfortable must be a design fault I’ve always used Tefal and this is very different from previous steam generators

Wish I had properly read the other reviews!!! Yes the cord is sticking up right in the way of my hand/wrist making it VERY uncomfortable to use… I will be returning. Otherwise all good… previous tefals have been great so I hope it’s not the same on all of them now!
