What is the difference between the 20moa and the 0moa?

When shooting at long range, some scopes may not have enough internal adjustment to make the elevation correction you need -- i.e., you might need to raise your reticle by 35 MOA at 1000 yards, but maybe your scope only has 30 MOA of upward travel. A 20 MOA base tilts your scope slightly downward, so your muzzle is actually aimed higher at any given scope setting. That effectively gives you more upward adjustment. The 0 MOA base doesn't do that. Whether you need that or not depends on what cartridge you're using, what distance you're shooting at, and how much internal adjustment your scope has.
