How far up from the pump will it pump water against gravity?

This model, VCMA-20ULS is designed to provide a 20 foot lift. The 20 in the part number indicates the height it will reliably move water. From what I see UL is the standard model, ULS has the safety switch, ULT comes with 20' of 3/8" ID tubing, and ULST has both the safety switch and the 20' of 3/8" ID tubing.

Can this handle the volume of water excess for two humidifiers draining (2 Carrier furnaces)?

I would say that should be no problem. As soon as the black tub fills, it triggers the pump, which is a great little workhorse. The pump capacity will be much more then the dehumidifiers.

How do you change your filter?

what filter, none in the unit, and the water is only going out to a drain. If there is a filter in the furnace for the exhausted water I have not seen it.
