Kept cool my laptop very well
Perfect cooling.

Decently priced laptop cooling pad for mid range laptops or notebooks.
I like try out some different laptop coolers and came across this model. I have a really beefy 14900k / 4090 laptop so I need a really high flow cooler. Unfortunately this cooler was not up to the level of cooling I needed. For a smaller, less demanding laptop, this would probably be just fine. It feels sturdy and well made and is able to expand to accommodate larger laptops. It is not too loud even on the higher settings, but I personally don't mind fan noise. This is a decent laptop cooler, but I personally would get something a bit beefier for my particular laptop.

Limited Cooling capacity for larger GPU laptops
Overall it’s not a bad item, but considering the other options in the market, I would rather recommend going for the Illano V12. Biggest difference is the Illano v12 has a much better cooling capacity compared to this. I did all my testing on a Lenovo legion pro 7i with Rtx4090. I am getting 52C GPU, 75C cpu with the Illano V12 at max RPM of 2800. This flying cooler gets 69c GPU 88c CPU. The cooler claims to have 4,000 rpm fans. I don’t have any way of measuring if this is true or not but on the highest setting on this flydigi cooler is only about 800 rpm on the Illano V12. I believe the claimed fan rpm’s are very inaccurate. If you mostly game while laying down in bed I recommend this Flydigi cooler over the V12 even with its limited cooling capacity compared to the Illano V12. The port of the flydigi cooler is placed in a location that is not obstructed when the cooler is placed flat down. The fan inlet port is on the back of the unit not the bottom allowing for gaming while in bed.Pros for this cooler:- fan port design- smaller frame compared to V12- powered off of USB C- slightly cheaper than v12-super quiet even at max speedCons- limited cooling-can’t be powered to max speed off of most laptop USB C outlets. Requires about 36 watts of power to use max fan speed- the V12 cost less than 10 dollars more compared to this makes it less appealing-foam sealing pad is glued down and cannot be replaced

Effective and customizable laptop cooler
This Flydigi BS2 cooling pad works very well to keep my laptop's temperature under control. Using Fldigi’s software, it can be connected to your laptop over Bluetooth and set to turn on automatically when connected to power, which works great when plugging it into the laptop or the same power strip as the laptop. It has different modes with different fan curves, and you can even set a custom fan curve. There is extra foam included that I think is meant to be cut and used to create a seal if your laptop is too small. I wondered if I could avoid having to block off part of the cooling pad’s vents with the extra foam, when using it with my 14.5” laptop, so I used a flat metal plate to cover the gap instead, and it seems to be working well.

This cant be real. Amazing cooling capabilities.
I was completely blown away by this laptop cooler. I was put off by the price but when I got it, I could not believe how amazing this really is. None of the laptop coolers I have purchased in my life have even been this good. I am still in shock.I have a gaming laptop with pretty decent internals and it gets warm when pushing the laptop. With the cooling pad off, just watching videos, the cpu was at 53C with gpu at 50C. Just turning this cooler on dropped temps to 32C on cpu and 30C on GPU. Thats over 20 degrees celcius drop during video playback. High and low settings didnt have much of an effect, temps stayed within a few degrees when changing modes.Cooling performance while gaming was still good by reducing temps my 10 degrees C. While gaming and cooler off I was at 73C CPU and 73C GPU. After turning the cooler on high setting it went down to 62C CPU and 58 GPU. Really cant complain really. Thats still a massive drop for gaming and will definately help increase life of laptop. Heat kills components faster than anything and if you can the lower heat, it will last longer. This laptop cooler is everything they claim and more. I was able to get better temp drops that what the graphs show. Its also very stylish and clean looking. Love the white color. Easily accomodates my 18 inch laptop and my sons 15 inch laptop also fits. Seems like the vents are in the perfect position to force cool air into both of our laptops. It almost feels like the air its pushing out, is air conditioned.

No more 3rd degree burns on my legs!
Works great to cool off my gaming laptop when I'm running more intensive games. My laptop used to feel like it was going to burn a hole in my desk but now there's almost no heat coming off of it

Bulky but effective
What I will say is that it does move a lot of air and does an effective job. The design is extendable so it will fit many sizes if laptops and the controls are simple - one button to rule them all. It is clearly NOT designed to sit on your lap, but does well on a desk or tray table. While it makes some noise, as expected, the volume is reasonable - even on the highedt speed. It is a little pricey, but appears to be worth the expenditure.
