The media could not be loaded. My neighbor came over to help me clean up the garden. He randomly asked me if I had a pole saw and I just so happened to have one! He said it's a great tool to use for cutting annoying branches like those of my palm tree. It's pretty easy to use, just don't forget to take off the safety or it won't work. Also, it needs oil so do not forget to add it! It's not that heavy either which is good. It's also quite long but sturdy so you won't feel unsafe using it, reaching branches higher up in the trees. Bonus it comes with two batteries!!

The material of this saw feels great. It's pretty sturdy, and the overall build quality is great and not flimsy. It's not too heavy, and it's about what I expected; it's manageable when operating. It was pretty easy to assemble, and it's had no issues cutting any of my tree branches. The motor itself is very strong and hasn't stopped on me.

Using this 20V Pole Saw for about a week now, and it’s been a pleasant surprise. Setup was simple, and it handled overgrown branches in my backyard without a problem. The adjustable pole makes it easy to reach tricky spots, and it feels sturdy without being too heavy.

I received this pole saw yesterday and I have already put it to good use. I trimmed several trees up that was actually needing it last year but hadn’t gotten around to doing it. The batteries hold a good charge. The chain/blade on the saw is very sharp and cuts well. It is powerful enough to cut through smaller branches…plenty enough to trim our trees. The pole extends out pretty far but I didn’t feel safe enough to have it extended to max while cutting.

The quality was good; assembly was quick and easy. Product was shipped in McGrath packaging. Did not notice the need to buy chain oil as it was not included.Product made my first tree trim job quicker and easier as I was able to do all the cutting and trimming from the ground; no ladder required.

Was shocked it can handle some decent size branches and still had loads of battery left! Makes a a breeze out of some yard work

Awesome saw! It really is nice with the extension and it’s powerful! My only con on this is the battery life I wish was a little longer but for the price, it’s a great tool to have.
