That is a water line connection fitting. 1/4” tubing is common in water filter installation. Sounds like three sizes of fittings are included to adapt to 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2”. Our installation only needed the 1/4” adapter.

Can I pull the spigot out to clean?

No, the spigot can be turned in any direction but pulling it out will destroy the faucet. The outer surfaces are easy to wipe clean.

Are replacement parts available for this faucet? The last faucet of this type I bought is leaking and I can't get parts for it.
