Not bad. The "shelving" IS canvas cloth so it feels cheap but the wood is nice and I wont knock a star off because its as described. Paint is cute. The screws dig into the paint job though so hopefully it doesnt start to chip. The shelves are narrow so its really best suited for coloring books and thinner childrens books. Dr Suess should fit.If you dont have books in both sides of it filled the center of weight is off when using the handle. Its a minor thing but worth noting.Theres no instructions(in the box) but if you cant figure out how to put it together just by looking at it you probably shouldn't be around children.

Let's start with the good things about this toddler bookshelf/carrier. This is very sturdy and durable product that I feel is built to last. I love that you can easily carry it anywhere your little one is. It is low to the ground and nice to have your books nearby. I think it is a such a great idea in design and funtionality! Now, here is where (in my opinion) I feel it fell just a little short.... although it is exactly as pictured on their website, now that I am looking at it up close (without that cute little baby distracting me), it feels like it is just a tad bit chinzy in the desgn quality department. I think the colors could have popped a little bit more and maybe they could have painted the design on both sides of the cutouts. Also, there is a place between the dino's legs that just looks as though it should have been painted or they forgot to cut that part out. Also, I wish the screws were the same color as the design so as to blend in more. There is just a very light matt (or perhaps a satin) finish on it, but it was well sanded so smooth and safe for a baby. My first though was to just give it a nice glossy clear coat just to zhuzh it up a little. Anyway, that is why I took off one star (really was only a half a star but no 1/2 star increments available to choose lol). But, these are only opinions and really do not make a bit of difference in the functionality of this product. It is going to get a lot of use with my little grandkids! I'm looking forward to filling it up with fun books for them to read and enjoy. Grandma has to bring on the fun! lol All that being said, I do recommend getting this product because of the quality in functionality and durability. They really need to make a regular (non-kid) version of this thing as I think older kids and adults would love this to carry, not only books, but many other things around! It is so handy and confortable to carry! THUMBS UP!

It’s the ideal size for baby and toddler books, keeping them neatly organized while still easy to grab. The quality is excellent, sturdy wood and the soft fabric pockets hold the books securely without bending them. I love that it’s lightweight with a handle, making it easy to move from room to room.
