REALLY REALLY GOOD
Have tried almost every other way to help with my foot pain which has been uncomfortable and expensive, but these little, inexpensive supports are amazing. I am a post lady who suffered a major stroke at the age of 24 and at age 46 have been trying to get support for my feet which actually worked so the pain would be alleviated. Work have sent me to orthopaedic specialists (who video the way I walked, which is not good as although I have recoved well my right side is still slower than my left, causing my walk to be uneven) when the nhs couldn't supply anything that help in the long term. I brought these a couple of months ago and have used them daily with hope that they would help long term and they have. My feet still swell but the pain from the heel, arch, sole and ball has been greatly reduced to the point I'm taking a lot less painkillers.

Good value foot support
Aches and pains noticeably reduced after wear. Easily adjustable. Downside is R & L markers wear away, and long wear can cause friction marks even through socks.

It is supportive
It is comfortable and useful when walking short distance for short periods but becomes uncomfortable when wearing it for a longer time, as most support braces do

Progressive arch support
My fallen arch is only slight. One of the problems I know is that arch supports can at first be uncomfortable to wear: they feel in use like a large lump under the foot arch. This arch support comes with 6 gel inserts; 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large. I've started with the small size inserts and I haven't found wearing a problem, even with all day use. I'm now onto the medium support for everyday use and haven't found the transition at all uncomfortable. I've tried for a short period with the large inserts and I think they will ultimately provide sufficient support for my arch problem. I wear the support under socks without any problem and because I am able to adjust the fit around the foot with the velcro strapping I find the support remains properly positioned all day.

CANNOT RETURN Vive Health Products
I didn't find this product helpful for my Plantar Fasciitis. There's a small soft-ish insert that goes under the foot, but it's only around an inch across, and rather than supporting the arch, you get a little lump in the middle of your foot, that I found very uncomfortable. Amazon is normally superb for returns, but I wasn't allowed to return this item. There's only a link to the USA seller's website when you try to return it. This wasn't obvious from the original purchase page, where it says See Returns Policy, which takes you to a generic Amazon returns page, with no specific information about this product, the seller, or items that can't be returned. IF YOU TRY IT, YOU HAVE TO BUY AND KEEP IT, PERIOD, AND I DON'T THINK IT'S ANY GOOD.

Brilliant
After only two days of use my plantar fisulitus is much less painful. After paying a fortune on insoles braces etc these little things have had more effect. Very pleased

Good supports for short wear times
I have proper made to measure insert arch supports for my outside wear and during lockdown wanted something for bare footed indoor exercises. This fitted the bill perfectly and done the job very well. June 2020 I bought these and still going today, but now only using twice a week. I certainly and will be buying another pair as the velcro is very worn and the stretchy rubber underneath the straps is coming off, but I have worn these a lot during all lockdowns, but for only 30-45 minutes a day. I wouldn’t want to use these for a long duration and rely on them, but they’re great for what I needed them for. If you suffer with heal spur then the only answer is the made to measure supports are the best way to go and to find your nearest specialist, although expensive, but well worth it.

Great idea but not quite right
I have completely flat feet gives me ankle, knee and hip problems making walking for any length of time uncomfortable at best. Figured I’d try these as they are supposed to help. I’d tried fully silicone bands but found the band itself too tight so I thought I’d try these as they are adjustable.First thing I noticed is how small the silicone supports are not just in how deep the wedge is though personally I could do with at least an xl to make my ankles stop turning but mostly in how small an area they actually support is.The other ones I tried while not deep enough or on a comfortable band actually covered all of the area that needs the support. I’ve tried to show the difference in the picture. Also the smallest which I don’t understand how that size is supposed to do anything one of them has a tear in it so probably wouldn’t survive long but that’s the one I used in the picture.Anyway because they don’t support the whole area it’s kinda like stepping on a bouncy ball not agony but definitely not comfortable for my first few steps so I’m not sure I’d get much use from them. Also the point that I found best to strap them on leaves the the band velcroed wonky to make the right tension that it doesn’t moveBasically great idea poor execution
