Q: does it come with stand offs?

Yes. The standoff risers are pre installed for an ATX. I think there were spares as well. Thae screws etc are in a box fitted inside the 5 1/4 inch drive bays - took me a bit to find them!

Q: would this fit a 28cm graphics card?

Yes it will definitely fit a graphics card 280mm long mine is about 260mm long as there still a good 100-120mm left where it could've been longer

Q: does this have better airflow then the coolermaster h500p mesh

If you check out Gamers Nexus reviews, you’ll see some breakdowns on temps etc. From what i remember seeing though this was about on par with the CM H500P mesh (stock with no additional fans)

Q: Will this case fut an rtx3090 fe?

Yes, the case supports cards up to 420mm in length, the 3090 is 313mm, but you also need to bare in mind the thickness of radiators and fans if you using a front mounted aio.
