You shorted me on my order southern pecan how do I get it?

I ordered the #1 flavor pack because those were the flavors I like. Only TWO of them were the correct flavors. The other 3 were flavors I don’t really care for and will give them away, so the purchase cost me as much as at the grocery store. They have no business offering different flavor packs when they send whatever they choose to send instead of what the customer orders, and they obviously don’t really care! I will never purchase from them again!!

How to make an iced coffee drink with these k-pods

These are K-cups and meant to make hot coffee. I suppose that maybe you could brew it strong and then ice it down.
