Are all these boxes in Japanese?

So far all the boxes I received from amazon were in Japanese (Mira, Agent chase, Astra, and Flip). If you buy them at toysrus (I.e., Jet, dizzy, grand Albert), they are in English.

This toy is in the 5 inch scale of Super Wings products. The wings make Agent Chase slightly taller than the other Super Wings heroes.

Is packaging toy arrives in in english?

Some of the packaging is in english such character name Jerome but also mixed. Does not matter though because this is the original toy and my son trashed the packaging right away to start playing right away.
