Well, seems like 50,000 IU is a extremely large dose. Well, I take one Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My bottle was 1 month away from being expired and the gel caps were stuck together in big lumps and seal on the bottle was compromised. Seems like it was exposed to extreme heat and sold anyway. Ended up throwing them away. Not good.
