What's the shelf life (not mixed of course)?

Their website says 2+ years. I personally have mixed PC-7 that I had for 5+ years and it worked. The paste seemed somewhat drier during mixing than newly purchased PC-7.

How does this compare to JB Weld?

This product is thicker than JB weld. A little too thick such that it cannot be shaped too easily. The product is not suitable for flexible surface as expected for epoxy. Other than that, it is almost in par with JB weld.

Is this hard like plastic or hard like metal when it is cured? Because i wanted to use this on some plastic

It is like the plastic on steering wheels of 60s cars a bit like baklite but it sands well and can be painted and used to restore steering wheels ,before using on plastic be sure to scuff the plastic and clean it of any grease it also helps to grind a V in the plastic do not just put it on top of your repair also with Pc 7 it is very important to get the ratio correct and be patient and let it cure ,I sometimes would have to wait three days but if done correctly it's a very good epoxy better than most ,I have used it since 1994
