Could you please define the difference between a7 iii and a7r iii?

A7 III has 24.2 megapixels while the A7R III has 42.4 megapixels. The A7 III focus system has 693 points that covers 93% of the sensor area while the A7R III has only 399 points that cover 68% of the sensor area. The A7R III has a more sophisticated sensor stabilization system. The 7R III has Pixel Shift Multi Shoot. The A7R III has a far higher resolution EVF. There are other differences but keep in mind the A7R III body only is about a third more money.

This camera only shoots 4k at 24p and 30p.

Is it worth getting this kit lens?

I have the 24 - 105 mm G lens. It replaced the 28 - 70 mm kit lens on the A7ii. If you can afford the up grade do it. If not the 28-70 kit lens is not a bad lens, its just nothing special.

What is the difference between a fe mount and e mount? so, would my lenses from the a6300 work with the a7iii?

FE indicates that it is a Full Frame Lens. The a6300 is not a full frame camera it is APS-C. The a7iii is a full frame camera. Both the a6300 and the a7iii are E-mount bodies and can use the same lenses, where they will differ will depend on the selected lens and if they are FE or APS-C.
