Good, have been using it for months.It tastes and digests better if properly consumed. For me it worked the best in recipes like overnight oats etc. rather than protein shake. It doesn't give you bloating and is smooth to digest.It is not tasty, but all of the whey proteins have similar taste, Choco Hastlenut is the tastiest one for me by far. It is comparably cheap, trustable and quality whey, so go for it!Keep in mind before expecting something from protein supplements:1. They are just helping you to reach your protein intake and they don't magically increase muscle or strength.2. The taste of any protein product is not that good.3. It is better to fuse them with recipes rather than drinking it like a shake.

Over all taste is decent of kesar kulfi flavour but I have one complaint about solubility.So much lumps present even after too much mixing and it stick in your mouth .Try another flavour double rick chocolate or hazelnut fusion their solubility is very good .

In my experience it has caused me random irritation over body plus caused me indigestion. It didn’t suit me so I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone who’s just starting I’d say go for pre established trusted brands like MB instead trying new ones.If you want to explore or are low on budget you can surely go for it though. The chocohazelnut flavour is okayish, very mild taste and sweetness is very low compared to Double chocolate. Mixability is good, no lumps when shaken well. Its my second Atom Pack :)
