What wind speed will this product withstand?

All I can say is I replaced my straps in April 2022 and I didn't have any problems with the straps and they kept my solar panels inplace during hurricane Ian. I lost 75

What is the material of the strap?

It is a polyester weave, made of extruded fibers. It is not dyed black like the FAFCO dacron strap so it will not fade or degrade in the sun.
