Can this product be used more than once? They are almost impossible to wash and get completely flat again

Stick to horse hair so bandage doesn't slip?

I've been using this product on myself and, while my legs are hairy, they are not as hairy as a horse. It does not stick to my hair. The packaging states that it does not stick to hair or clothes. It sticks to itself. My wife, who has been a vet tech off and on since before vet wrap (same thing as this) says that vet wrap has never really stuck to horse hair. It's slightly sticky, like static electricity, but not pull the hair out when you pull it off sticky.

I applied this wrap on lower legs; wrap changed after 3-4 days, however, not sure if it is waterproof.
