I don't have much storage and needed a tall ladder - this fit the build. Came ready to go out of the box. It easily expands to your desired height. The safety mechanism to keep the ladder from collapsing down for storage does take some getting use to. Highly recommend.

We needed a ladder for access to attic about twice a year. This soft close version is better than those without (which can smash your fingers). It stores neatly in a closet. As we downsize--it's all about simplicity and efficiency--this ladder fit the bill.

This is a nice portable ladder that compresses down to an easily manageable size. I use it in my RV because it stores easily.It is very sturdy and supports my weight easily.The one thing that is not perfect, is the switches that allow the telescoping feature to work are somewhat fiddly to work with.

Sturdy, easy to operate and a good extension height.

This works great and is very convenient. I bought it to get into attic instead of pull down stairs. Then I digured i can use it for other things. But if you don't fully extend it, it is a little inconvenient because now some stairs are doubled up. Just get the right size for what you need it for. Otherwise everything with this ladder is good.
