These gummies have a great texture and taste. I do need to take more than the recommended dosage before bed in order to stay asleep. They’re a little pricey, but I’ll continue to buy, because I do like them.

This is the best melatonin I have ever tried. I’ve tried many from the store with even more potency without such good sleep. You are supposed to take 2 gummies to get the 5mg but I mistakenly only took 1 the first time and it worked so well I’ve never taken 2. Worth every penny!

Went on cross continental travel, this combined with ZzzQuil, knocked us all out on the red eye flights and were able to sleep acclimate very smoothly. Great product!
