Are these pre-cut? Do I need to cut them out or punch them out? The cubes and rings inside each other, do they come apart?

This item IS pre-cut, and all pieces will easily pop out of their sheets for immediate use.

How thick are they? i play on a tv screen with dynamic dungeons and am concerned they'd be a pain to try and pick up.

I don’t have a better answer than “their thickness feels perfect” haha. They’re thinner than a credit card, they aren’t rigid, they flex easily, but they’re also much thicker than transparency plastic like high schools use on a projector, so they don’t fall limp either. They cling well enough that air and light fans and breezes don’t blow them around and they have a natural cling - but they’re also easy to grab and slide around. Production-wise, the plastic we use is 15 mils. We really lucked out, this stuff is just wonderful. The minis stand up, the spell effects hold their shape when held sidewise, the objects lie flat on the table - but if you need to bend them they just easily bend and don’t fight you or get those white creases unless you REALLLLLY crush them flat onto themselves. These things hold up incredibly.
