Pasta Colander
This pasta colander is excellent and very useful equipment to have.Not only can you can cook your pasta but also vegetables.I have even used it to blanch veg for freezing. Would not be without it now, best bit of kit we have bought for sometime.

The basket is quite sturdy , but will need a pan as deep as the basket to cook your pasta. It's a bit narrow so cooking more than two or three portions results in the pasta sticking together. If the basket was wider it would be ideal. On the plus side it's safer for draining the pasta (or veg )
