How do these compare to the mighty patch?

I have tried several different acne patches, including Mighty Patch brand, and these match up better than Mighty Patch. These particular patches are large, but can be cut to size. These work much better than most that I have tried, even pulling out deeper acne spots over a couple nights of use. 10/10 recommend these.

Do these contain tea tree or have a distinct smell?

These do not contain tea tree oil nor do they have a distinct smell.
