However, it can get a bit noisy, and the cleaning process is slightly fiddly. Overall, it’s reliable and good value for the price.

This product worked fine for only couple of months. Build quality was good, it was also doing the intended Job to a greater extent, but what is the use if the product is not reliable? One fine day it stopped working. I couldn't figure whether the battery was the issue or the charger was the issue. There is no battery polarity mentioned either on battery or in the charger. When I wrote to customer care about the issue, they acknowledged the email and provide resolution for the issue. They promised to send me both battery and charger via courier for a very nominal fee. I was able to regularly communicate with them on their whatsapp customer care. I received the order in under a week. I figured out later that the issue was originally with the old charger and that battery was still in working condition. I am happy with the response that I received.
