Yes. The big wheels keep it straight enough but depends how balanced it's being pulled and loaded.

Q: I've called customer service twice and left messages. Still no reply. Has anyone had an issue with the cable?

Yes, my cable has continued twisting with use and has frayed. I haven't tried to contact customer service because I've replaced the cart with a 4-wheeler that swivels and it's been a game changer. This cart is up for sale in as-is condition on Facebook Marketplace. Wish I had a better answer for you. Good luck!
