I’ve been taking this Magnesium Glycinate with added Vitamin B6, and it’s made a noticeable difference! I feel more relaxed, my sleep has improved, and it’s gentle on the stomach. Great quality product, highly recommended!

I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed from the results and probably the first supplement that worked this fast and gave such visible results. I’ve taken every sleeping supplements, melatonin, ashwagandha, valerian root and even prescription ones, NONE worked as good as this. It reduces stress/anxiety and just gives you a very healthy sleepy feeling once you take it. Also I suggest, taking it at night:))So happy with the results!!

I think these help my sleep but difficult to know as I’m such a bad sleeper

Pills are too big for me to swallow but I cut 2x pills open and mix the contents with yoghurt in the morning. I really feel they help with my restless legs at night. Highly recommended.

These tablets were good value for money this is my second purchase.

Helped with my sleep the first few nights, still does relax me decently. Not sure it’s the best magnesium money can buy but it is cheap, witnout any nasty additives and - mostly - does the job. would reccomend if you’re on a budget

Haven't noticed a huge difference getting to sleep but I haven't had a restless night since taking these. These have worked better than some lower strength ones I have tried previously.
