Q: Mine lasted 3 months would love to know more about the 12 month warranty?

i fitted mine about a month ago and at the moment it ok, to be honest none of the seals i have used from other manufactures have lasted a year , after awhile they go brittle and look awful , but i would have thought you should have got longer than three months usage

Q: Tips on installing? The hinge end is very close to the basin so can't open out fully to snap it on

You need to slide the first part on then ease the rest on.

Q: Which way round do you fit this? Does the longer part face the bath or face the outside?

The longer edge should face the bath so the water runs down it and into the bath, check all the pictures in the advert and it shows you… good luck

Q: Are there seals meant to be cleaned after use and 'checked for movement' is that reasonable?

they are easy to clean, I use bleach. they do get dirty very easily.
